Roles & Responsibilities
Requirement gathering of existing business practices and documenting as-Is business processes accordingly
Project involved studying the Business Process (AS-IS) and, Mapping (TO-BE) Business process.
Mapping Client’s business processes to SAP’s business processes
Implementation of SAP HR module customization and Client specific settings for integration of different modules with HR
Successfully completed settings for Master Data, Usage view and Architecture view
Expert in Configuration, SIT and documentation.
Coordinating with other modules which integrated.
Proactive discuss with critical issues with client.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or closely related field is required.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in SAP system in either or all modules (SD, MM, WM/eWM)
• Experience in 3 to 5 full life cycle SAP implementation
• To be Proficient in ABAP OO, Dialog Programming and debugging
• To be Proficient in ALE, EDI and iDocs for centralized and decentralized SAP model
• To be Proficient in Interfaces of functional modules, BAPI and Web Services internal and external
• SAP certification in either or all modules SD, MM, WM or eWM is desired.
• android application programming Knowledge is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Job Description:
-Maintain and update the general ledger.
-Record all financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
-Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash.
-Ensure proper documentation of financial data and compliance with internal policies.
-Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
-Generate management reports to support decision-making.
-Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis.
-Review and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
-Manage accounts payable and receivable.
-Coordinate payroll processing and statutory deductions.
-Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements.
-Assist in internal and external audits.
-Prepare and submit tax returns (e.g., VAT, corporate tax).
-Identify areas for cost savings and process efficiencies.
-Implement financial controls to minimize errors and risks.

Requirement:
-Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
-Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA) is a plus.
-Proven experience (3+ years) in accounting roles, preferably in an SME.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office and Dynamic accounting software. (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar ERP systems).
-Strong knowledge of accounting principles and local tax regulations.
