JOB DESCRIPTION

• Preparation of full set of accounts for a portfolio of clients;
• Computation and submission of Corporate Tax returns;
• Preparation and submission of GST returns;
• Compilation of Financial Statements in accordance with SFRS and Companies’ Act

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or degree in accountancy or equivalent qualifications;
• Preferably have at least 1 year working experience in preparing full set of accounts;
• Prior working experience in an accounting/audit firm will be advantageous;
• Proficiency in accounting software will be advantageous;
• Possess working knowledge on accounting and tax concepts;
• Keep abreast with FRS standards, Tax and GST regulations;
• Good interpersonal skills and self-driven;
• Able to work independently and interdependently;
• Able to provide quality work within deadline;
• Possess a high attention to detail and professionalism.

Completion of relevant cosmetology programs and possession of valid licenses in beautician services, nail technology, and eyelash artistry.

Proven experience in beauty treatments including facials, waxing, makeup application, manicures, pedicures, nail art, and eyelash extensions/lifts.

Strong attention to detail with a focus on precision and quality in all beauty services.

Creativity and the ability to design unique nail art and recommend appropriate lash styles based on client preferences.

In-depth understanding of beauty products, tools, skin types, nail care products, and lash adhesives.

Staying updated on current trends in beauty, nail art, and eyelash techniques.

Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, understand their needs, and provide personalized beauty solutions.

Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.

Adherence to health, safety, and hygiene guidelines, maintaining a clean, sterile, and organized work environment.

Knowledge of infection control procedures to ensure client safety during all beauty treatments.

A friendly and approachable demeanor, along with a professional appearance.

The primary focus of this role is to coordinate vulnerability assessment engagements with our stake holders and liaise with our Internal and external partners. This role requires someone with strong technical, organizational, and management skills to maintain an active presence throughout the lifecycle of a vulnerability assessment engagement.

Responsibilities:

Core responsibilities and Traits include:

• Liaise between clients and the testing team, to coordinate engagements and ensure the collection of testing artifacts.
• Act as an application security subject matter expert to assist both businesses and ethical hack partners during vulnerability discussions.
• Demonstrate Technical, analytical thought process—the ability to identify cause and effect relationships as it applies to application security and Citi standards.
• Knowledge of OWASP top 10 and SANs top 25
• Effective time management skills in order manage multiple concurrent deadlines.
• Have strong technical writing andpresentation skills to articulate the vulnerability assessment process to senior stakeholders.
• Review internal processes and activities to identify potential opportunities for improvement and automation.
• Create various oversight activity reports to maintain high operational standards and establish further efficiencies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree and/or relevant years of experience
• 3+ years of experience in Cyber Security and/or relevant Technology role.
• Problem-solve in a fast-paced environment, understand client requests, provide guidance to Citi businesses to ensure that the vulnerability assessment is conducted swiftly, and participate in technical discussions with stakeholders.

Plus:

· Familiarity or hands-on experience in application security testing

· Basic understanding of Web/ Mobile / API security and relevant testing tools

· Relevant Certifications is a plus not a requirement : GPEN, GWAPT, GMOB, GWEB

My Family Vet Clinic was established in 2012 and is located in Bukit Batok. At My Family Vet, we are looking for a good team player that assists us in our clinic and is able to multitask in a busy practice. Work ethics and love for animals and their welfare is what we are looking for.Training and guidance will be provided.The veterinary assistant job scope would include animal husbandry, animal handling & restraint as well as front desk duties, where you will be working together with our team. Job Scope:

The primary responsibilities of the Veterinary Assistant are:Ensure the cleanliness and sterility of the clinic.
Assist the receptionist which includes handling the clinic's hotlines and client enquiries during and after work hours, including emergency calls.
Registration of current and new clients and providing the necessary forms needed for them to sign as per the veterinarian's instructions.
Dispensing of medication to owners and giving advice on preventive care of their pets as per veterinarian's guidelines.
Handling all administrative work involving filing and keeping of records, i.e for expenses, accounting, etc.

Carrying out minor procedures such as nail clipping, shaving, bathing, ear cleaning and stitch removal for dogs, cats and other small animals.
General care for hospitalized dogs, cats and other small animals, inclusive of cleaning the cages, feeding during mealtimes, administration of medication and checking on their well being.
