The Wealth Control Analyst is accountable for management of complex/critical/large professional disciplinary areas. The Structural Steelwork Inspection Manager is responsible for overseeing the inspection and quality assurance of structural steelwork in compliance with the SAC-SINGLAS. This role involves managing inspection teams, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, and maintaining the highest levels of quality and safety in all inspection activities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership and Management:
   • Lead and manage a team of structural steel inspectors, ensuring efficient and effective execution of inspection activities.
   • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the technical skills and knowledge of the inspection team.
   • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance to ensure high-quality inspection outcomes.
2. Inspection and Quality Assurance:
   • Oversee the inspection of structural steelwork, ensuring compliance with SAC-Singlas standards and project specifications.
   • Review and approve detailed inspection reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to quality standards.
   • Implement and maintain robust quality control procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality workmanship.
3. Compliance and Documentation:
   • Ensure all inspection activities comply with local regulations, building codes, and SAC-Singlas accreditation requirements.
   • Maintain comprehensive records of all inspection activities, test results, and corrective actions taken.
   • Prepare and present detailed reports to project stakeholders, highlighting inspection findings and recommended improvements.
4. Project Coordination:
   • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination of inspection activities.
   • Develop and manage inspection schedules, ensuring timely completion of inspection tasks in line with project timelines.
   • Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies identified during inspections promptly and effectively.
5. Continuous Improvement:
   • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in inspection and quality assurance.
   • Stay updated with industry advancements and integrate new technologies and methodologies into the inspection process.
   • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure ongoing compliance with SAC-Singlas standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in structural steelwork inspection, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Certification in welding inspection (e.g., AWS SCWI or equivalent) is mandatory.
• Certification in non-destructive testing methods (e.g., ASNT Level III or equivalent) is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SAC-Singlas Structural Steelwork Inspection, local building codes, and industry regulations.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using inspection software and tools.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Contract period:

• 1 Feb 2025 to 31 Jan 2026

Deployment:

• Mon to Fri: 12.30 pm to 6.30 pm (no lunch break)
• Service not required on Sat, Sun, and PH's

Scope of Works:

1. Running of errands

• Conveying messages to the parents and staff in the school.

2. Data entry

• Recording late coming of students.
• Recording loan of uniforms to students

3. Updating of daily staff absence data

• Record the daily student report sick data in the log books

4. Receiving and registering documents

• Receive and register documents in the front office.

5. Sorting and storing of files

• Sort out and keep the daily files at the office counter.
• Any adhoc duties tasked by the school leaders

Requirement:

• Atleast GCE O Level
• Atleast 3 Yrs of School Experience as receptionist
• Proficient in MS Office

• Recording, synchronizing, and mixing audio tracks for live shows.
• Using audio software and mixing consoles to balance sound sources and effects.
• Set up, inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot all sound equipment, including mixers, microphones, and equalizers.
• Knowledge of Streaming software, including V-Mix is an added advantage.
• Support Pick & Pack for Events related supplies
• Maintain Store Inventory, inclusive of Sound supplies and events related supplies.
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Good problem-solving skills
• Superb attention to detail
• Experience working with microphones, mixing consoles, and other sound equipment
• Ability to work well under pressure
