Responsibilities

· Support Production system of Life Asia and Integral Group

· Program enhancements/developments related to Life Asia and/or group 400 system.

· Able to interact and coordinate efficiently with other IT Sections and within Core Application Team itself.

· Liaise with Web Application Team on Front-end applications on inter-related projects.

· Perform system analysis, design, and system unit/integration testing.

· Prepare/update Technical Specifications and end user system job instructions documents.

· Liaise with external parties pertaining to system collaboration and system testing.

· Observe, maintain, and comply with the KPIs, work instructions, guidelines, security controls, audit controls and governance set.

· Ensure quality deliverables, documentation and reporting for work assigned and performed.

· Sound experience in Life Insurance industry.

. At least 5 years hands-on coding experience in SMART 400 on AS400.

. Knowledge of both Life-400 and Group-400 will be an added advantage.

- At least 6+ years of experience as technical/integration architect

- Strong Knowledge on one or more applications domains of

o Channels

o Customer Channels – Web , App,

o Assisted Channels – Agent, Partner, Store

o CRM, Catalog

o Order Management & Inventory

o Charging & Billing

o WFM

- Experience in designing deployment architecture, AWS components and services

- Experience in CI/CD pipeline integration with COTS applications

- Working knowledge of API Gateway, BPM, ESB Technologies

- Working knowledge of various interface standards REST, SOAP, XML, and Methods API, Batch, Event

- Knowledge on integrating with Singpass, facebook, google, payment gateway, ITSM and monitoring tools
