Clinical Care

· Work under supervision of Nursing Officer to analyse, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for clients. Co­ ordinate and implement care plan for the clients.

· Pack and serve medication and update of in-patient medical records, sign IMR upon serving.

· Conduct rounds to ensure clients are well and safe and report any abnormality for immediate/tii1nely treatment and follow up with nursing supervisor.

· Assist in Doctor's rounds and in treatments and examinations of clients including perform blood taking and vaccination.
