RESPONSIBILITIES

• Setup sound, light, and video systems for events (both at Singapore EXPO and external venue), ensuring proper configuration and functionality.
• Conduct thorough pre-checks to ensure sound, light, and video systems and logistical requirements for all events are met.
• Standby and manning of sound, light, and video systems for rehearsals and during event days.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during events.
• Recover and account for all AV equipment after events, ensuring proper storage and handling.
• Perform periodic maintenance on sound, light, and video equipment to maintain optimal performance.
• Assist in annual stock-takes of all AV equipment and update inventory records accurately.
• Prepare event directional and digital room signage according to event requirements.
• Prepare car park and cleaning work orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform daily inspections to ensure meeting rooms are ready for use.
• Conduct joint inspections with event organizers for handover and takeover of venue spaces.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer.

• ITE or Diploma in Audio Visual related field.

Job Description:

• Ability to handle and manage retail store's inventory levels and ensuring all products are well displayed;
• Submission of warehouse inventory reports, clearing any unwanted products from displays and monitoring the sales performances of products;
• Organize store shelves, set up displays, pricing and promotional signs;
• Maintaining stock level, house visits daily to perform checks and monitoring stock buffer, etc;
• Creativity in shelf management services, always looking out for ways to maximize customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately;
• Assist promotor in product promotions and providing feedback on sales level to supervisor periodically.

What is your mission?

You’ll help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Contacting new and existing clients (Agencies or Advertisers) via telephone, chat and email on a daily basis, identifying sales opportunities and providing these businesses with the best solution for their business goal.
• Improve client’s experience by driving optimal and appropriate product adoption. Manage a portfolio (book of clients) of SMB clients with responsibility for growing revenue.
• When within scope and area of knowledge, provide pre and post-sales assistance for all applicable products.
• Become an expert on client’s Advertising solutions and ability to identify trends and solve problems.

Who are we looking for?

• Candidate must possess at least an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field.

Wealth Credit Management (WCM) is a newly formed business line to provide integrated end to end credit underwriting, transaction and portfolio management in partnership with origination businesses of the Private Bank and Wealth Management of Citi. The Data Management & Reporting team (DRT) is a critical team within WCM that is responsible for preparing Management and Control Reports, and performing deep-dive analysis on data to arrive at key portfolio trends and insights. The team serves as a primary contact for audits and data tracing examinations, as well as plays a critical role in representing the Loan Product and Transaction Management (LPTM) team in various control forums.

We are seeking an experienced professional to perform a Reporting & Analytics role within the APAC LPTM group within WCM. Due to the range of stakeholders, systems and dynamic processes involved, this is a demanding role that requires a high level of skill and judgment to prepare complex control metrics and portfolio analyses, assess data quality, remediate data issues and manage strategic projects in a timely manner and under deadline pressure. The position offers an opportunity to gain insight into the Wealth Lending business and interact with many areas across Wealth and other Citi organizations globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and prepare time-sensitive key Control Reports, Portfolio Monitoring Reports, KRI/KPI metrics and presentations for WCM Portfolio managers and Product managers.
• Work with multiple teams, including Underwriting, Technology, Operations, Risk Management, Data Governance, Finance and Regulatory Reporting teams, to ensure reporting requirements are developed, implemented and executed as needed for WCM Wholesale and Retail portfolios.

The Ocean Pricing Specialist is to support the Pricing head and work closely with Tender Management, APAC countries, Product Management Ocean, Regional Pricing counterparts, and Key Account Management on the pricing aspect of the RFQ.

The position shall:

• Ensure complete and competitive pricing from Asia Pacific region
• Support new pricing process, standards and quality
• Support Pricing head in customer meetings/negotiations as required

The Pricing Specialist is responsible for:

• Translate and cascade global/Regional pricing instructions into RFQ pricing instructions for involved country pricing teams
• Checking for completeness and correctness of country submissions in accordance to customer service requirements

• Work with and keep updated with pricing relevant software e.g. GTP, SPACE, RCM

Skills Required:
