You are responsible to assist Snr Engineers and/or Project Manager in production, assembly, design and development of hardware and equipment the Company’s products. The job also involves sourcing of components, participating in technical design, assisting the Snr. Responsibilities :

• Drive product failure investigation, perform product failure analysis from field returns and AEC failure, recommend enhancement to countermeasure root cause failure.
• Responsible to create, execute and release Failure Analysis report.
• Provide management and cross functional team with product failure analysis data.
• Develop new lab capabilities based on customer's FA analysis requirements.
• Document new failure analysis operating procedures, training and certification specs.
• Perform routine instrument preventive maintenance and laboratory housekeeping.
• Operate SEM & EDX machine to understand and analyze the elements of the samples provided.
• Operate X-ray machine to check if there are any abnormalities on the samples provided.
• Lead /Supervise the Technician(s) on FA assignment.

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree in Electronic and/or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 1 years of working experience in electronic manufacturing environment will be advantageous.
• Experience of using SEM & EDX machine is highly desired.
• Has an inquisitive mind for new knowledge in addition to having excellent analytical skills.
• Strong in quality improvement tools and techniques.
• Posseses excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

App Development and Management:

• Lead the planning, design, and execution of customer-facing apps, collaborating with internal teams and external developers.
• Ensure the app provides seamless shopping, loyalty programs, and personalized customer experiences.

Digital Marketing:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and influencer collaborations.
• Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
• Manage and optimize the company’s website for UX/UI, content updates, and e-commerce performance.

Customer Engagement and Digital Services:

• Oversee the development and management of digital loyalty programs and personalized customer services.
• Introduce and manage omnichannel initiatives, including click-and-collect, delivery options, and mobile wallet integrations.
• Monitor customer feedback and behavior to continuously improve digital touchpoints.

Team Collaboration and Leadership:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and store management, to align digital initiatives with business goals.
• Manage and mentor a team of digital marketers, developers, and designers.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Monitor KPIs such as website traffic, app downloads, conversion rates, and in-store foot traffic influenced by digital efforts.
