The Insurance Specialist (IS) - C10 is a developing professional role. Applies specialty area knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing and/or evaluating processes and data. Identifies policy gaps and formulates policies. Interprets data and makes recommendations. Researches and interprets factual information. Identifies inconsistencies in data or results, defines business issues and formulates recommendations on policies, procedures or practices. Integrates established disciplinary knowledge within own specialty area with basic understanding of related industry practices. Good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area. Develops working knowledge of industry practices and standards. Limited but direct impact on the business through the quality of the tasks/services provided. Impact of the job holder is restricted to own team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily market update and trading strategic plan for clients and individual sales staff.
• Use a holistic financial planning approach to educate and help customers identify financial gaps in their current wealth or asset allocation and to introduce suitable products.
• Coaching and motivation on banking (FX, Insurance, etc) products through daily interactions.
• Provide branch colleagues updates on particular products by regular market update and technical analysis.
• Work with Branch Managers to set plan to meet financial commitment.
• Assist bankers on meeting team goals.
• Strictly abide by the requirements of compliance & internal control on sales activities.
• Maintain and manage good relationships with customers and to ensure customers have a consistent and superior banking experience.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

• 0-2 years financial planning experience preferred
• Excellent communication and people skills. Knowledge of financial planning skills, insurance laws, insurance products and investment products. Enthusiasm in achieving goals. Able to work under pressure to deliver the individual sales target. Positive and good cooperative mind set. Open mind and willing to embrace changes.
• Relevant CMFAS and M papers required
• Good knowledge of tax law and general financial and economic market.

Education:

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities:

• Vendor and Customer Management:Manage relationships for selected AMS partners.
  Serve as the point of contact for clients’ issue escalation, resolution, and project initiation.
  Collaborate with business units and AMS support partners to meet business demands.
  
• Operations Management:Oversee day-to-day AMS support operations, including incident management, change management, problem management, and service requests.
  Ensure adherence to SLAs, generate status reports, and maintain dashboards.
  Drive the transition of projects to support.
  
• Process and Standards Development:Develop and enforce efficient procedures, processes, and guidelines.
  Follow applicable standards, methodologies, and best practices for system maintenance and support.
  
• Stakeholder Communication:Provide proactive status updates to relevant stakeholders.
  Strengthen customer relationships to enable cross-selling or upselling of SAP products and services.
  

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience:3-5+ years of experience as a Service Delivery Manager in SAP AMS operations.
  Hands-on SAP functional (Logistics module) or technical consulting experience in projects or support services.
  Proven ability to manage customer stakeholders, including business users and IT managers, as well as external vendors.
  
• Skills:Proficiency in incident management, change management, problem management, and service delivery metrics.
  Experience in SAP AMS support operations, including SLA management and report generation.
  Strong understanding of project-to-support transitions.
  

Responsible for planning, designing, managing, and implementing core components of Watson Service Offerings and Digital Insights Platforms, as well as other similar non-IBM solutions.

This role involves creating solutions that deliver significant and lasting business improvements for clients. The consultant provides expert architecture, design, and implementation support for these solutions in virtualized and cloud-based environments, including both hosted and on-premise solutions. The skills required for this role include architecture, data lake, design, implementation, Watson Solutions, virtualization, and cloud. This role supports Sales and Delivery in defining solutions and presenting a point of view for these offerings' services to clients.

The Software Architect leads and builds data modernization and transformation solutions.

The Software Architect will also work with technical leads, database administrators, and database developers to provide recommendations and solutions for like-for-like data migrations at scale, Extract/Transform/Load activities for multiple data and database technologies, such as Oracle to PostgreSQL, Oracle to SQL Server as a Service, relational to NoSQL, Data Warehouse to Data Lake solutions, Indexed file systems to database management systems, and data transformation of business rules between COTS systems.

Other responsibilities include transforming business requirements into technical specifications, developing prototypes and proof of concepts for specified business challenges, and assisting clients in architecting scalable, highly available data migration solutions leveraging cloud technologies and utilizing agile development methodologies. Expected to have knowledge and/or experience in the following with focus on data ETL activities: RDBMS (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Amazon RDS, etc), Data Lake technologies, Data Transformation tools (IBM InfoSphere DataStage, Informatica PowerCenter, Microsoft SSIS, Oracle Data Integrator) XML, JSON, NoSQL, Python.

This is a 6 Month contract role based in Singapore.

We are currently looking for innovative and organized individuals with the ability to work through large volumes of operational sales activities including implementation, optimization, and reporting.

Global Product and Sales Enablement data analysts will support the needs of the Global Partnership sales team and publishers around the world through our email systems and by interacting in a cross-functional work environment.

Core Tasks:

• Perform large-scale data analysis to identify trends and efficiency opportunities.
• Support implementation and optimization for the company’s programmatic monetization and platform solutions.
• Support GP sales users through our email customer service tools.
• Troubleshoot account issues where required and provide account administration support.
• Contribute to automation efforts and offer possible solutions to increase operational efficiencies.
• Perform other administrative and operational role-related tasks such as creating reports, presentations, and communicating with stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of work experience with Account Management, Ad Operations, or Project Management (experience with AdX, AdSense, AdMob, and DFP a plus).
• Problem-solving and analytical skills, comfortable handling and interpreting data.
• Ability to work through large volumes of support requests from our internal sales customers within specified time frames.
• Broad understanding of online advertising solutions (i.e., ad serving, monetization) and of key platforms and trends (i.e., desktop, mobile, video).
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint & basic knowledge of SQL.
