SUMMARY ROLE/RESPONSBILITY

This role is responsible for leading key projects and programs in support of manufacturing logistics operation and automation journey. Success in this role requires the ability to effectively partnering with Logistics team, cross functional stakeholder consisting of representatives from operations, engineering, manufacturing, legal, finance, IT, other internal/external organizations. Analyze project proposals to determine time frame, funding limitations and appropriate process for accomplishing projects. Clearly communicate roadmaps, progress, risks, mitigation plans, and impacts to senior management and internal cross-functional and remote project teams. Steer teams based on business objectives, continuously align teams to those objectives, in the face of ambiguity and aggressive deadlines.

Key attributes to ensure success in this role include being able to effectively work with Logistics Subject Matter Experts and IT Functional Analysts to develop and implement logistics systems, processes, and procedures.
