This role will provide leadership and direction for global Supplier Engineering and Quality teams with expertise in Precision Machining, Contract Manufacturing, OEM, including Process Power, Automation and Controls. This position is accountable to ensure success of new Supplier Qualifications, manage Supply Chain Quality Performance and resolve Technical, Quality and Operational Issues at suppliers.

Accounts Receivable & MIS Management

• Perform day-to-day operations related to Accounts Receivable and MIS
• Conduct a monthly review of AR accounts with other teams
• Support team in handling operational matters, including review and update dispute cases
• Ensure accurate and timely updates of receipts into system for Ops to review AR outstanding
• Liaise with customer and bank where necessary
• Identify improvement in work processes to keep up with changing business needs
• Responsible for Monthly/ Year-end Financial closing reporting and ensure all reporting/schedules are accurately and promptly prepared

Role Overview:

The Programmes & Outreach Executive plays a vital role in supporting the organisation's mission by

assisting in the planning, coordination, and implementation of cultural preservation programmes and

outreach activities. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about cultural heritage, community engagement, and social advocacy to gain hands-on experience in the non-profit sector.

Key Responsibilities:
