Position Summary

You are responsible to assist Snr Engineers and/or Project Manager in production, assembly, design and development of hardware and equipment the Company’s products. The job also involves sourcing of components, participating in technical design, assisting the Snr. Engineers and/or Project Manager in budgeting, scheduling, management of contractors, and installation, deployment and maintenance of the products in an operational environment (on-site when required).

Main Responsibilities

• System set-up; troubleshooting, resolution of anomalies discovered in equipment and methods, provision of assistance in maintenance service
• Installation of equipment room racking, servers and UPS. cable works for power and communication
• Installation and maintanance of electrical and Instrument equipment
• Installation, configuration, testing and maintenance of operating systems, application software and system management tools. Ensuring the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability and security.
• Assistance in managing and monitoring all systems and infrastructure.
• Under the guidance of a Snr. System Engineer or Project Manager, collation of information on hardware systems, costs of development, work program and technical specification
• Participation in the development and testing process, systems testing and commissioning
• Provision of support of design and installation of ‘turnkey’ and / or ‘user-defined’ system
• Sourcing and identification of suppliers for evaluation
• Conduct of preliminary assessment on systems requirement of the clients and matching with components recommended by sub-contractors
• Provision of assistance in systems deployment, system implementation and / or installation
• Performance of corrective, preventive maintenance work in-house or at customer site (on-site)
• Implementation of enhancement/upgrades as instructed
• Preparation of documentation and logistics support where necessary
• Travelling maybe required from time to time

Skills and Experience

· Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in electrical and electronic system set-up, installation, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance

· Strong debugging skills

· Strong team work as well as able to work independently

Salary Range

· SGD 3.0k – SGD 4.5k

Main Responsibilities

• Perform check-in, check-out and room change procedures, and ensure all data are entered correctly into the systems.
• Ensuring guests requests are being followed up promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain cashier float and ensure accurate daily report of all monies received.
• Prepare shift briefings to communicate hotel activities and operational requirements.
• Assist in providing information pertaining to places of interests and important tourist information.
• Solicit and communicate guest feedback for continuous improvement.
• Assist in reservation duties whenever required.
• Administrative duties include, but are not limited to; end of shift reports, and daily operational logs.
• Perform tasks as assigned by the Manager- Mission Control, or Hotel Manager.

Knowledge, experience, skills required

• Computer literate and open to new technology.
• Ability to read and speak English fluently. Second or multiple languages are a plus.
• Able to do shift work; work on weekends, eve/public holidays as and when assigned.
