Purpose: Responsible for ensuring the development of planned schedules, mileage coding and reports so that Go-Ahead Singapore meets its safety, customer experience, contractual and financial requirements.

· Manage the Scheduling team in achieving contractual KPI for monthly schedules while delivering improvements in cost effectiveness.

Mileage

· Responsible for mileage coding, manage and oversee the mileage team in submission of daily reports to external stakeholders.

· Ensure that all loss mileages are accounted for in Go-Ahead Singapore, ensure accurate reporting of any loss or missing mileage to LTA.

· Collate data to accurately compute service request fee amount.

· Ensure strict compliance with LTA standards with regards to mileage coding and reporting.

· Produce detailed reports and prepare for regular audits.

· Present analysis to management and stakeholders to provide insights on the results.

· Minimum Degree

Responsibilities:

The Duty Manager works under the supervision of the Front Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the front office including night shift, ensuring the smooth delivery of exceptional services to property's guests/customers. The Duty Manager’s responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• meets or liaises with other executives or managers of the various departments to satisfy guests/customers' requests
• handle VIP arrivals
• manages security issues and any matters concerning guests’ conduct in rooms or public areas
• assists in reception, concierge, reservations, housekeeping operations
• gather feedback and analyses market/industry trends and potential customers to suggest appropriate proposals to enhance branding and revenue
• supervises and guides the front office team and coordinates the team’s work schedules

Working location at East.

· Create quality inspection plans and work instructions for incoming, In-process or outgoing parts to ensure that components and products conform to specifications.

· Define training plan, train QC supervisors, QC technicians and QC inspectors to perform dimensional/functional inspection in accordance to work instructions.

· Perform First Article Inspection for newly inducted materials and parts.

· Perform qualification validation of equipment, processes and test methods

· Ensure the compliance of equipment and tools use during inspection in accordance to Calibration and Preventive Maintenance requirements.

· Participate in Process Failure Mode Effect and Analysis team to mitigate product risk arising from manufacturing

· Perform complaint handling, investigate root cause of complaint and perform Corrective Action and Preventive Action as necessary.

· Handle non-conformances and perform disposition of rejected parts, trend yield and rejects, investigate root cause of non-conformance and perform Corrective Action and Preventive Action as necessary.

· Maintain the manufacturing environment and perform gowning as necessary when working in controlled manufacturing environment e.g. clean room.

· Initiate and/or execute engineering changes in compliance with Engineering Change Control procedures

· Participate in external and internal audit to ensure company quality system is effective

· Participate in continuous improvement programs such as 6S program, yield improvement projects etc.

· Support new production introduction as a team member representing quality

· Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor

· Work experience as a quality engineer in a medical device manufacturing environment

(Candidates with Diploma in Engineering. Science or equivalent can be considered for Assistant Quality Engineer position. Candidates with more experience can be considered for Senior Quality Engineer position)

· Experience with qualification validation of equipment, processes and test methods for new product introduction

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused After-Sales Associate to support our clients after the completion of projects. Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Support:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding post-installation inquiries, concerns, and service requests.

2. Service Coordination:

3. Product Training and Support:

• Stay updated on product developments and enhancements to provide informed support to clients.

4. Customer Feedback and Improvement:

• Gather feedback from clients regarding their experience with our products and services, and communicate insights to relevant stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in after-sales processes, procedures, and products based on customer feedback and market trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and enhancements to enhance customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

· Tertiary diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.

· Proven experience in a customer service or after-sales support role, preferably in the fire protection or related industry.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.

· Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach to service delivery.

· Proficiency in MS Office applications and customer relationship management (CRM) software.

As Sales Manager, you’ll manage all sales activities and events including direct sales, sales solicitation, sales administration, public relations, management of the sale team and monitor results to ensure they are achieved.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Interfaces with operations on a timely basis
• Maintain regular contact with IHG hotels in Singapore and regional reservation office
• Entertain clients and provide proper customer service

Roles and Responsibilities

• New hired technician onboarding, team integration and On-The-Job training management and skills upgrading for competent existing technicians.
• Track, share and manage individual technician labor utilization, efficiency, all type of leaves and time attendance with further development plan.
• Together with production planners define the daily/ weekly overtime requirements based on each work station Work-In-Process Inventory, customers order promised date requirement.
• Attend daily Cell Control Center meeting and support Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost out and other metrics base on exceptions with alternative resolutions to the potential and missed goals.
• Daily facilitator stands up meeting on manpower deployment across teams within business and/or cross functions support.
• Technician recruitment – Interview to hiring and onboarding.
• Prompt teaching, mentoring, coaching and performance counseling for under-performing technician.
• Technician disciplinary action, PIP ( Progress Improvement Plan), and annual appraisal.
• Drive engagement, empowerment for Self-Directed Work Team environment. A culture ambassador.
• Participate in People Activities/Community Work/Woman Network etc.
• Perform weekend/PH facilitator duties (rotation)
• Continual horizontal growth assignment assigned by Business Leader. ​

Required Qualifications/Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering from a local or internationally recognized university or polytechnic
• 3-5 years in a similar capacity
• Previous experience within Aviation or electronics manufacturing.
• Previous experience in Lean Concepts
• Managing a team of 50 technicians
