• Assess and identify individual needs of residents and formulate/develop and implement appropriate individualised music therapeutic programs.
• Evaluate and document residents' occupation therapy needs and progress at regular intervals, monitor training programs and review its effectiveness.
• Refer residents to the respective specialists for consultation and appropriate intervention.
• Train and supervise caregivers/volunteers in the maintenance of occupational therapy programs.
• Plan and schedule therapy care staff for relevant training in order to excel in their duties.

· Performs a combination of manual and clerical shipping and receiving duties; may work out of a central warehouse.

· Uses computer system for tracking, logging, verifying and reporting.

· Follows shipping practices and procedures, and transportation routing, schedules and requirements.

· Receives incoming materials or prepares materials for shipment.

· (un)packs or (un)wraps items such as finished products, raw stock, assemblies, parts, building materials, office supplies, equipment, etc.

· Verifies quantity, weight, and conformance of materials to stated identifications; logs receipt of items on system, processes freight bills, packing sheets, and other documents; reports materials shipped and bills of lading; posts weight and shipping charges and routes merchandise to destinations.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

· Minimum qualification of a Diploma is required for this role

The Front Office Supervisor (Mission Control Supervisor) will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency and seamless service delivery to all Front Office and F&B areas.

Main Responsibilities

• Perform check-in, check-out and room change procedures, and ensure all data are entered accurately into the systems.
• Ensuring guests requests are being followed up promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain cashier float and ensure accurate daily report of all monies received.
• Conduct shift briefings to communicate hotel activities and operational requirements.
• Provide guests information pertaining to the airport and other places of interests.
• Solicit and communicate guest feedback for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate and take charge of any emergency while higher Management is not on duty in hotel premises. Supervises and executes required emergency procedures in the events of fire, power failure and other emergency situations.
• Operate and use the robots to deliver amenities to guest rooms.
• Assist in reservation duties when required.
• Administrative duties include, but are not limited to; end of shift reports, daily operational logs and night audit runs.

Knowledge, experience, skills required

• Minimum of two years of hotel front office operations experience with at least one year experience in a supervisory role.
• Computer literate and good knowledge Property Management Systems.
• Ability to read and speak English fluently. Second or multiple languages are a plus.
