Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Fundraising and Public Relations Manager/Senior Manager is a key contributor in achieving the annual fundraising target that enables the organisation’s overall goals to be met. The role helps to ensure that the organisation has a steady stream of revenue

generation initiatives including but not limited to fundraising events, online campaigns and grant writing. This role is expected to develop and implement fundraising strategies that are aligned to the organisation’s goals and objectives, working closely with the Executive Director to ensure that existing and new programmes are funded properly. Summary

The HR Associate, Shared Services, is responsible for providing administration support for full range of HR functions which includes HRIS, HR Reporting Compensation and Benefits, Employee Communications & Engagement, Welfare, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Processes, Policies etc.

• Performs the administration of all HR functions which include Staffing, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Communications & Engagement, Welfare, Performance Management, Processes, Policies etc.
• Ensure the maintenance and accuracy of employees' database in SAP, offering timely and accurate HR guidance to respective Business Units as needed.
• Assisting in the implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Generate reports from database whenever necessary.
• Maintain all personnel documents and ensure their confidentiality.
• Attend to walk-ins and administer the incoming and outgoing mails for HR.
• Conduct on boarding programs and administer pass application required.
• Undertake ad hoc projects as and when required.
• Ensure compliance with all workplace safety, security, and health policies and procedure.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR Operations preferred
• Analytical, meticulous, detail-oriented with strong numerical competency
• Proactive mindset and ability to solve problems
• Experience in using SAP will be an added advantage

The Marketing Executive supports the development and execution of the offline, online and social marketing plans. In addition, he/she assists in evaluating the effectiveness of marketing communication plans and any adjustments that are needed to these plans. He/She works in a fluid and collaborative environment. Job Summary

You will deliver account servicing and project management relating to the commerciality of a store layout which includes full architectural drawing packages to vertical circulation between floors, customer service in store and facade design.

A Day in the Life:

• Responsible for account servicing and ensure that the project deliverables are achieved in accordance to contracts
• Ensure smooth take-over and handover of sites
• Formulate project plans that effectively allocate the resources required by the projects
• Lead, monitor and implement the projects with the assurance that timelines, workmanship, safety and technical aspects are met in accordance to requirements
• Manage all project risks and issues
• Submit relevant documents to Landlord, building management and/or relevant authority in a timely manner
• Prepare project budget and billing
• Ensure all works meet quality standards and government regulations
• Assess the performance of the contractors and verify their claims for variations and payments
• Ensure that the expenditure of the projects are kept within budgeted costs and targeted margin
• Attend meetings and liaise with consultants, sub-contractors and any other parties involved in the project
• Inspect off-site fabrication and on-site installation
• Ensure that all the defects have been rectified before the arrangement for pre-site inspection
• Perform any other ad hoc duties

What We Are Looking For:

• Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Building Management, Quantity Survey or related field of study
• Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience in retail and corporate office interiors
• Project management experience across a range of disciplines, contract and procurement
• Preferably with knowledge in furniture industry
• Strong leadership, organisation and planning skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Exceptional level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Ability to read design drawings, architectural/technical blueprints and shop drawings
• Well versed in MS Office applications, internet research skills
• Ability to work under pressure of meeting timelines
• Self-motivated and results oriented
• Experience in managing and leading project teams to successful outcome

This is a full role for an Air Export Customer Service located in Changi. Our client provides full-fledged freight forwarder offering full inter-model transportation services for both inbound and outbound cargos. You will take the responsibilities involved supporting assigned customers and overseas agents by managing sales quotations, RFIs, RFQs, and inquiries related to air export bookings with airlines or co-loader agents. It includes following up on client matters, processing air export billing, verifying invoices, and resolving rate disputes. Additionally, the position requires coordinating with customers, sales personnel, overseas agents, and operations teams to ensure smooth shipment arrangements. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
