Impact Fund Management:

Position Title:

Position Summary

Technician is responsible in maintaining and repairing all M & E including air-conditioning and refrigerated equipment including all sanitary, steam, hot and cold water fittings, pumps, Ensure that all such equipment are working satisfactorily and efficient through the hotel.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair all electrical and mechanical equipment such as meters, starters, switch gears, fittings, wiring, vacuum machines, cables and all electrical operated machines throughout the hotel
• Install new starters including wiring and lying of cables, sockets, conducts, exhaust fans, door bells, television sets, automatic doors, light fittings, etc
• Run new wiring and cables, also all electrical fittings, lighting points, power points, fuse boxes, isolators, etc
• To assist other technicians to perform other jobs as required by the Management
• Observe and report any equipment, switch gears or wiring circuits which are not functioning properly and rectifying the same including MCB, SSB and ACB
• Instruct and guide junior electricians (new staff) on the repair and service procedures of all electrical equipment
• Inspect and replace all fused lamps inside and outside of the hotel, including grounds and garden lights and swimming pools
• To take readings for all electrical systems, air-conditioning systems and Heat Pumps
• Service, repair and maintain all fan coils, air handling units, cold rooms, freezers and all other refrigerated equipment throughout the hotel
• Carry out planned and preventive maintenance programs for servicing as directed by supervisors
• Maintain daily log sheets for recording of temperatures and pressures of all air-conditioning chillers, freezers and cold room and changing of temperature recording charts should be carried out once a week
• To assist other technicians to perform other jobs as required by the Management
• Observe and report any unusual signs, sound pressure or temperature or equipment which is likely to lead to malfunction
• To switch on / off air-con in areas when requested

1) Lead and Manage the full Sales Planning and Reporting process (incl. Production, Wholesale, Retail, Order intake & Stock management)

· Lead the Sales Planning Process with Central Sales Operations and the Regional team (incl. monthly ROPS plans) and coordination of the sub hubs into the plans

• Leading the overall Revenue Management topic from a sales perspective by gaining full knowledge and transparency of contributions per market/retailer and developing/generating tools and reports to best demonstrate revenue performance

• Cross-functional collaboration with other departments to ensure alignment and understanding of revenue management topics as well as acting as the key touchpoint within the sales team for both the BMAP IBP Manager, and BML counterparts

• Provide suggested solutions leading to improved revenue generation (quality of sales), and lead related revenue generating projects

3) Sales Campaigns & Tactical Support Management

• Oversee regional tactical budget, in conjunction with Sales team and Finance

• Create relevant applications/campaigns and approvals.

• Support in compliance within tactical claim process between retailers, region and BML.

• Manage effective and timely payments of tactical support.

4) Long Range Planning (Planning Round Process - PR)

• Ownership of the annual Planning Round (PR) process with BMAP and acting as the key touchpoint for BML during PR planning phases

• Steering of overall process including APAC sub hub inputs and planning, as well as utilising competitor knowledge gained through BLS exercises to validate or challenge BML-proposed long range planning

• Cross-functional alignment with other departments within BMAP as well as stakeholders within sub hubs to ensure transparency and buy-in to PR plans

• VW Group alignment where necessary to ensure PR plans are aligned with overall VW Group ambitions in certain markets where applicable
