Responsibilities:

• Arranging import/export shipments for customers
• Liaise with air/sea freight co-loaders, shipping lines, and transporters to ensure timely delivery of customer's shipments to various destinations
• Process import/export shipping documentation (Bill of Lading, Permits)
• Other shipping documentation-related responsibilities
• To generate reports as and when required.
• Basic admin duties such as billing, costings, and payment follow-up

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in handling shipping documentation and freight operations knowledge
• Training and support provided
• Receptive personality with initiative, flexibility, great team spirit
• Able to handle multi-tasking, and cope with a fast-paced environment
• Salary will be commensurate based on qualification and experience

What You'll Do

• Reporting to the Singapore Finance team, you will be responsible for all finance and accounting matters in the Singapore, Cayman Islands entity and Korea.
• Accounts payables: Record suppliers’ invoices (SGA and COS) into accounting system and prepare payments across different platforms
• Accounts receivables: Prepare AR aging report, update receivables in AR aging report and accounting system on a daily basis, prepare revenue reconciliation report and reconcile revenue figures across platforms
• Cash and cash equivalents: Check and reconcile daily activities in all bank accounts, prepare monthly bank reconciliation
• Expense claims: Review and process expense claims and prepare payments
• Closing activities: Assist in monthly, quarterly and yearly closing matters
• Filing (both hardcopy and softcopy)
• Assist Singapore Finance team with any ad hoc finance related projects/initiatives

Who You Are

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting or ACCA Level 1
• Open to fresh graduates with relevant internship experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Able to handle large amount of data
• Organized, meticulous and strong initiative
• An energetic and self-motivated quick learner
• IT savvy and excellent skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Experienced with accounting software (NetSuite will be an advantage)
• Experienced with Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets, Docs & Slides) will be an advantage

Job Description

• Work closely with the distributors to manage and build the key account business.
• Work closely with the distributors on the business execution plan within the approve budget.
• Lead in the execution of all plans, programs and activities for the distributor market as outlined by the marketing calendar for that market.
• Coordinate all Public Relations events in the market as outlined in the Activities plan.
• Coordinate, manage and implement all business plans and programs approved by the International Business Group.
• Coordinate, manage and implement all approved trade marketing plans and programs.
• Provide regular update key stakeholders on the business plans and execution status of the programs.
• Market checks to ensure shelves are stocked, competitor pricing/promo checks and reporting and feedback on trends/category developments in market

Qualifications

• At least 10 years' experience in key account management within consumer industries with Regional Market, Commercial, Market Penetration, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector and Distributor Management experience.
• Trade Marketing experience for consumer products is a must
• Proven experience in Regional Commercial and Distributor Management (mandatory).
• Product introduction experience is a major plus
• Significant regional market experience, particularly in Southeast Asia and similar markets
• Joint venture management skills are highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently in foreign countries.
