Opening in 2023, Artyzen Singapore will be the first new hotel added to Singapore’s Orchard Road district in over a decade. What was once the sprawling home of the late Tan Hoon Siang (grandson of Singapore philanthropist Tan Tock Seng) is being transformed into a 20-story luxury property. The 142 rooms will sport a distinctive aesthetic, fusing reinterpreted facets of Peranakan art and style with contemporary design.
What:
Assist with information technology support and troubleshooting ensuring the highest level of computer performance, efficiency and security.
Your Goals:
To ensure hotel hardware, software and all IT related systems are functioning and assist guests with IT related services (testing of wifi connectivity issues)
Responsibilities:
A. Assist with Incident Resolution
1. Provide support on IT related services
B. Maintain Systems
1. Inspect, test and diagnose computer equipment/systems (Windows 11, etc)
2. Provide end-user support for all applications
C. Provide IT Support
1. Provide network communications support
2. Install, configure, manage, maintain, test and evaluate computer networks and workstations
3. Create user accounts and setup computer, telephone and other IT related equipment
4. Troubleshoot, modify, support, manage and maintain application programs and user accounts
5. Maintain inventory of all technological hardware and devices
6. Support Corporate IT in new initiative set up or implementation, where applicable
Requirements:
- Professional Certification in Information Technology (IT) or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Information Technology (IT), preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and open communication.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with an ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Passionate and enthusiastic with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude
