• Preferable to have experience in professional P.A work, attending meetings and taking Minutes, but not essential.
• Logical, clear and concise writing and ability to grasp concepts and to communicate ideas and issues at hand. Ability to write a good summary.
• Excellent communication, speaking and writing skills in English.
• Meticulous with strong initiative as well as the ability to multi-task, organise and prioritise work with minimum supervision to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong work ethics, integrity, responsible and dependable.
• Able to work independently.

Job description

• Prepare for Picking and packing online order
• Provide labeling of products if needed.
• Perform Stocktaking
• Maintain cleanliness of the workplace and operating areas.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Keeping records of packages including delivery notes, invoices, etc.
