Responsibilities

• Assist the company's management team with administrative and basic accounting tasks.
• Perform general office duties and upkeep of office to ensure that it is always neat and tidy.
• Assist to prepare sale quotation and invoices
• Keep good records of the company documentation.
• Assist in coordination with vendors
• Printing, scanning and filing documents (e.g. tax invoices, invoices issued etc.)

Requirements

• Preferably with 2 years of Administrative/ Accounting experience

• A team player and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

The Food Hygiene Officer ensures that all food safety and hygiene practices comply with local regulations and company standards. • Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive hygiene and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards set by SFA, MUIS, MOM, JTC and other relevant authorities.
