Within Asia Operations, the Cash team is responsible for the processing of cash remittances, FX/MM and FX/MM derivatives. In addition, the team is also in charge of cash management of secondary nostro accounts.
The incumbent will be part of this exciting function and is responsible for:
· The processing and controls of the processes within the Cash function.
· Ensuring that the services delivered to the Azqore clients are most efficiently and productively performed
· Working closely with his/her colleagues to provide clients with technical expertise and solutions, in a comprehensive, timely and accurate manner.
Objectives
· Facilitate the business growth of Azqore, and its clients, through ensuring the processing of client’s banking transactions, with high quality output and excellence management of risk
Responsibilities
Daily BAU
· Responsible for reconciliation of trade confirmations for FX/MM and its derivative products.
· Work closely with the FX and Treasury desk of client entities in order to ensure smooth settlement of FX/MM trades.
· Follow up of FX/MM settlement fails, in order to mitigate any operational risk arising from these fails
· There is an expectation that he/she understands the relevant markets and demonstrate front-to-back knowledge of the process(es) he/she is handling
· Proactively manage and resolve discrepancies, relating to the functions he/she is responsible for, with internal and external stakeholders, both locally and abroad
Others
· Participates to Azqore Asia Operations projects
· Proactive drives and implements process enhancement and improvements
