• Design, maintain and administer the Company's quality training programs.

Required Qualifications

• Lead, supervise and guide a diverse team of training specialists to align training and development programs with organizational goals.
• Responsible for designing, developing, and delivering leadership and organizational development programs to address organizational transitions and skills gaps by engaging with business leaders and stakeholders.
