GOLF EXECUTIVE at CHANGI GOLF CLUB, SINGAPORE

- Oversee daily golf operation
- Oversee Club's & private events
- Handicapping, document & data updating, emails and admin work.

Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years and above experience in a similar position.

GOLF ADMIN ASSISTANT at CHANGI GOLF CLUB, SINGAPORE

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage Golf Registration counter.
- Attend to inquiries from members.
- Daily ticketing, billing and closing of sales for the day.
- Preparing weekly and monthly various kind of reports using Word, Excel Spreadsheet and other inhouse golf application.
- Basic office administration work.
- Assist in golf events and competitions.
- Salary starts from $1700 to $1900 (depending on experience) with other benefit such as medical, dental, housing allowance (non-local only), transport claim and overtime.

Job Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:

1. Managing a high volume of incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
2. General administration work: filing (hard & soft), photocopying, scanning, binding, recording of timesheets, generation of customer statements and reports as required.
3. Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
4. Working with colleagues and other departments within the company to ensure all processes and procedures are updated and reflect the most efficient methods in performing tasks.
5. Ensure ad-hoc project timelines are followed and delivered in a timely manner.
6. Any other duties as assigned by your line manager to include support to other areas of the Administration Team and reception cover as required.
