• Responsible for on-site / off-site / remote troubleshooting, installation and commissioning of IT related solutions.
• To provide service support and maintenance to HQ & Site Office.
• Maintain and troubleshooting Desktop / Notebook / Server / Network / Printer.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, which includes update patches, fixed asset tracking and status update.
• Maintain hardware and software inventory records for audit and asset management purposes.
• Protect the organizations value by keeping information confidential.
• Plan, develop and manage procedure for the smooth operations.
• Liaise with distributor/vendors on application and technical support.
• Prepare and update multimedia slideshow or festival E-Card.

(B) General :

• Manage and support daily operations and ad hoc requests and requirements.
• Others duties as assigned.

(C) Safety:

• Follow the safety procedures, rules and regulations and eliminate or reduce hazard at the work place.

Job Requirements

(A) Education, Qualifications & Special Training :

• NITEC, Diploma in Information Technology / Computer Science.
• Job holder without the above qualification but with relevant experience would be considered.

(B) Knowledge & Skills :

• Good working attitude, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Required skill(s) : Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point.
• In-depth knowledge of hardware and software.
• Ability to quickly establish good working relationships.
• Good communication skills (Verbal and written).

(C) Experience :

• Possess at least 1 year IT helpdesk support experience.
• Experience in providing technical support on network and application issues.

SUMMARY ROLE/RESPONSBILITY

This role is responsible for leading key projects and programs in support of manufacturing logistics operation and automation journey. Success in this role requires the ability to effectively partnering with Logistics team, cross functional stakeholder consisting of representatives from operations, engineering, manufacturing, legal, finance, IT, other internal/external organizations. Analyze project proposals to determine time frame, funding limitations and appropriate process for accomplishing projects. Clearly communicate roadmaps, progress, risks, mitigation plans, and impacts to senior management and internal cross-functional and remote project teams. Steer teams based on business objectives, continuously align teams to those objectives, in the face of ambiguity and aggressive deadlines.

Key attributes to ensure success in this role include being able to effectively work with Logistics Subject Matter Experts and IT Functional Analysts to develop and implement logistics systems, processes, and procedures. The successful individual will have logistics system and process knowledge, excellent communication and Project management skills and demonstrated ability to influence executive level decisions.

• Analyzing current business processes, workflows and procedures to identify areas for improvement.
• Developing and implementing optimized processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to design and execute process improvement initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of implemented process changes, measuring key performance indicators and making necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies and process improvement methodologies.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 7 years of project management in logistics, supply chain management or relevant technical/analytical discipline.
• Hands-on project manager who has led global projects consisting of cross-functional teams across multiple businesses.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems using strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience in complete project Life cycle to implementation
• Good knowledge of how Logistics services businesses work and latest trends (incl. digital & automation) impacting the industry
• Demonstrated ability to liaise between Business and IT on project requirements, design, testing, and deployment.
• Proven experience in project delivery in transformation area, with the ability to handle tight deadlines and deliver under pressure, and ensure quality and standards are maintained across the region
• Highly motivated and independent individual with little guidance
• Strong communication skills and report writing
• Good knowledge of how businesses work and latest trends (incl. digital) impacting the industry
• Experience in risk management and financial planning will be an added advantage
• Comfortable working in an unstructured, cross-division and multi-stakeholder environment
• Program/project management, Supply chain management, materials management, manufacturing processes, business and end to end supply chain acumen.
• End to end business processes is necessary to support manufacturing logistics including domestic transportation, Warehousing, Crating and other related Logistics activities.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification will be an added advantage
• Knowledge with Industrial Engineering (warehouse) will be added advantage
• Knowledge with a ‘consulting toolkit’ will be an added advantage
• Ability to build and lead cross-functional teams across multiple business units globally.
• Proven executive level presence and ability to influence executive level decisions

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain & Logistics, Industrial Engineering
