• Responsible for month end closing, yearly financial closing and quarterly reporting
• Correspond and resolve operational issues with various other departments
• Prepare balance sheet schedules
• Prepare quarterly GST submission and attend external bodies enquiries
• Assist in the annual budgeting exercise
• Handle audit and tax matters for the entity
• Any other tasks/projects assigned by GL accountant

Job Requirements:

• At least a Diploma in Finance or Accounting related field.
• Minimum of at least 1 years of experience in a similar capacity with knowledge in full set account (which includes variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, corporate tax and providing detailed insights from generated reports & collaboration with BU).
• Proficient in MS applications (i.e. Word, Excel pivot table, vlookup, PowerPoint).
• Analytical thinking, detail oriented with good organisational and time management skills.
• Effective communication skills for presenting financial data
