Job Description

• Oversee daily operations for Environmental (Housekeeping, Laundry, Landscape & Pest Control ) and Kitchen Services.
• Manage in-house staffs and service partners to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Conduct regular joint inspections with service partners to ensure compliance with quality standards outlined in the contract.
• Serve as the key point of contact on the ground, working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to meet requirements and implement necessary changes.
• Draft and review departmental documentation, and participate in improvement programs and projects.
• Collaborate closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Work closely with the Operations Assistant to support daily operations.
• Perform other duties as and when assigned by Operations Manager.

Job Requirements

• Preferably with a recognized Bachelor Degree in any discipline.
• Preferably with 2 years related experience in Operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent Team Player yet with strong individual focus, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills along with problem solving abilities.
• Able to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Relevant experience in community care sector would be an advantage.
