Training and Development

• Participate in training and development of staff
• Assist in regular and on-going assessment of nursing staff competencies to ensure achievement of targets set and/or expected competency levels
• Ensure newly joined enrolled nurse, nursing aide, health care assistant and health attendant are oriented and inducted to provide safe care to residents
• Assist the NM/ NC in identifying, planning and making decisions to meet training and developmental needs of nursing and ancillary staff

Administration

• Utilise performance management and counselling skills effectively to motivate staff to perform at their optimal level and ensure care delivered is in compliance to standards of practice
• Ensure the safe storage of all confidential files, records, documents; and that residents confidentiality is maintained at all times
• Ensure that effective and cooperative working relationships are maintained within the Nursing Department and between internal and external customer groups
• Maintain an inventory list of ward equipment and ensure regular preventive maintenance is carried out as needed
• Plan roster and involve in manpower deployment when needed
• Deputise NM/ NC in her absence

Job Requirements

• 3 years or more relevant nursing experience
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Minimum Diploma in Nursing or in related field
• 5 days work week, rotating off days
• Only require to work morning or afternoon shift

Responsibilities:

• Able to read engineering drawings
• Candidates with relevant experience in precision engineering, metal fabrication and semi-con industry will be an advantageous
• Has experience in using Gibbs Cam or Master Cam in 2 1/2 and 3D
• Preferably CNC Milling Machine background
• Generate NC Programme and put the programme to designated machine

• Review and respond to testimonials and reviews professionally, addressing issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Oversee and engage in car group chats within the Motorist App.
• Effectively resolve complaints and negative feedback in a timely manner.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with app users through WhatsApp and other communication channels.
• Address customer feedback and comments posted across various platforms.
• Ensure high levels of user and customer satisfaction.

Guest Reception -

• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism and warmth.
• Answer incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate person or department, and handle inquiries promptly and efficiently.
• Facilitate any campaign voucher collections.

Other Responsibilities -

• Record and manage meeting minutes during Head of Department meetings.

• At least GCE N/O Level and/or NITEC trained.

• Provide attentive and responsive care to infants, including feeding, diapering to ensure their safety and well-being.
• Maintain open and positive communication with parents or guardians, providing updates on their child's daily activities, development, and any concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of each infant's daily activities, including feeding schedules, diaper changes, and developmental milestones. Keep records of any significant events or concerns.

Assistant Infant Care Teacher (Upp East Coast only)

• Assist in the execution of routine care activities e.g. feeding/meal time, Diapering/toileting, bathing/washing, sleeping/napping
• Assist in the preparation of learning activities, teaching aids and learning corners
• Assist in cleaning/disinfecting of resources/toys
• Assist in planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activity plans for the class assigned. May be allowed to carry out activity plans with the supervision of mentor teacher
• Assist in documenting observation of children or activities while carrying out activities with children
• Assist in any ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements

Infant Care Teacher
