What you'll be responsible for:

Customer Engagement -

• Manage customer enquiries across multiple channels, including concierge chat, WhatsApp, phone calls, and email.
• Promote the Motorist App and its features through the channels mentioned above.
• Review and respond to testimonials and reviews professionally, addressing issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Oversee and engage in car group chats within the Motorist App.
• Effectively resolve complaints and negative feedback in a timely manner.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with app users through WhatsApp and other communication channels.
• Address customer feedback and comments posted across various platforms.
• Ensure high levels of user and customer satisfaction.

Guest Reception -

• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism and warmth.
• Answer incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate person or department, and handle inquiries promptly and efficiently.
• Facilitate any campaign voucher collections.

Other Responsibilities -

• Record and manage meeting minutes during Head of Department meetings.
• Assisting with special projects and other ad-hoc tasks as required.

What we're looking for:

• At least GCE N/O Level and/or NITEC trained.
• More than 1 year of relevant experience in customer service.
• Tech Savvy and proficient in Google Workspace
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, and able to interact professionally with customers
• Excellent customer service and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
• Independent and able to work with limited supervision, but a great team player
• Able to handle customer inquiries outside standard working hours as needed, to ensure seamless service delivery and address time-sensitive issues promptly.

The role supports the Learning & Knowledge Services Department (Technical Training Center). The position provides administrative support related to curriculum creation, reporting certification compliance, and maintaining system/process workflow for our Global Support Services workforce.

The ideal candidate is experienced in learning management system software and administration. We seek an administrator who understands time-based deliverables for large projects. To be successful in this position, you should have an insightful understanding of learning management systems, attention to detail, and good time management for task completion.

• Handle certification related issues such as enrolling, cancellation and data discrepancies
• Reconciles student certification training records.
• Track and monitor certification compliance, progress status, and provide monthly reports to Certification Manager
• Uses office automated systems to input data, generate reports and conduct specialized research projects as requested by the Certification Manager
• Updates logs and databases and maintains files and documentation
• Works simultaneously on multiple projects based on current curriculum needs

Requirement

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree qualification
• A minimum of 2 - 4 years of administrative experience preferably for training
• Experience with learning management system software is an advantage
• Experienced with Microsoft excel (prefer intermediate level)
• Good command of written and spoken English language
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to solve urgent issues real time with minimum supervision

Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. This process includes scheduling, facility management, and health and safety regulations compliance
• Hire, train, and manage spa staff, including therapists, receptionists, and maintenance workers, to ensure high-quality service
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and promptly resolving any issues
• Develop and manage the spa's budget, including setting financial goals, monitoring expenditures, and implementing plans to increase profitability
• Create and execute marketing and promotional strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. This effort may involve social media marketing, special packages, and partnerships
• Manage the spa supplies, products, and equipment inventory, maintain adequate stock levels, and order new supplies as necessary
• Regularly evaluate service quality and client satisfaction and make necessary adjustments
• Develop long-term goals and business strategies for the spa, identify growth and expansion opportunities, and incorporate industry trends and innovations
• Ensure the spa complies with all health regulations and safety standards, including cleanliness and hygiene
• Create efficient work schedules for staff and ensure enough staff members are available to meet customer demand

• Proficient knowledge of foot reflexology, massage, body oil massage, sports and deep tissue massage.
