About the Job

You shall assist your immediate Manager to oversee, support and ensure the apt delivery of high-quality care and service to meet the diverse needs of the children and youth (residents) under your purview. You shall also provide support in the nightly operations of the residential units and to ensure that the safety and welfare of the residents are well taken care of at all times. One of your primary responsibilities would be the overseeing of the compliance of residents' bedtime routine and morning preparations for school, including ensuring residents leave for school in a timely manner, attired in compliance to their school rules.

You are to assist the Manager in the collection, distribution and the upkeep of proper documentation of allowance for all residents. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Operational Management and Service Quality

1.3 Assist the Night Manager to plan, lead and monitor the daily operations of the Block to meet to service standards, including but not limited to:

• Development and implementation of the Home policies and procedures needed.
• Administration of personnel policies in a consistent and fair manner.
• Monitor to ensure that care staff performs daily roll calls and promptly provide accurate updates on late returns, abscondences and incidents in the required records and to the respective peoplebconcerned.
• Ensure the staff team delivers their work duties well and provide the necessary care and supervision to the residents, while ensuring their wellbeing through the night. In order to have a closer supervision of staff and to provide better support, Assistant Manager is required to be on the ground for at least one shift fortnightly.
• Provide coaching support and regular review of the staff team's performance and keep the Manager promptly informed of any significant feedback and/or key issues or incidents of discipline or concern.
• Ensuring the care staff respects safety, cleanliness, and compliance by implementing appropriate protocols, identifying hazards, assisting with crisis intervention, as well as conducts safety inspections and screening checks as and when necessary.
• Identify staff training needs to build their capabilities to meet to the competency requirements.
• Follow through all screening requirements, attend training, communicate expectations & boundaries, ensure accountability for policy violations, conduct investigations, and prepare reports when required.
• Support the Manager administratively to monitor and ensure proper staffing ratios to resident supervision, cooperation with MSF, BOV and personnel from other associated agencies, arrange for residents' medical needs, daily record keeping, ensuring residents' are well-prepared for school, attend staff meetings and training, maintain documentation in communication logs, incident report and update stakeholders via chatgroup, as required.

2. Educational Support and School Matters

2.1 Liaise with school on residents' attendance matters as well as travel arrangements.

2.2 Maintain and monitor appropriate resource materials as required by residents (personal learning devices (PLD) etc).

2.3 Ensure every resident has pocket money or a means to have their meals when in school as well as the means to travel to and from school.

2.4 Ensure residents leave for school punctually, properly attired and with the necessary school supplies (eg: PLDs).

3. Partnership and Community Networking

3.1 Establish close working partnerships both internally (within your team, and with the rest of the programmes hosted within Gracehaven (eg: IPAC) to maximise our support systems.

4. Service Development

4.1 Advocate and represent the rights, needs and welfare of clients through various official platforms, to address service gaps, concerns or issues that will promote and enhance the service delivery for our beneficiaries.

· Supervise the baking team in preparing baked items and adopting new baking techniques to add variety to the menu.

· Guide and train employees on the use of the baking equipment and coordinate provision of appropriate training where needed.

· Maximize the productivity of the kitchen staff.

· Ensure that procedures for suppliers, equipment, work areas are in compliance to the established standards.

· Ensure correctness of food quantities, keeping food wastage to minimum.

· Ensure production targets of assigned section are met and food products meet required production standards.

· Report and escalate repairs or preventive maintenance to equipment suppliers and vendors.

· Monitor the set-up of work stations for cleanliness and safety compliance with local regulations and company requirements.

· Maintain good knowledge on standard food preparation by immediate superior/ manual provided by the company.

· Maintain the kitchen cleanliness (housekeeping).

· Ensure that food hygiene and safety standards are maintained and comply.

· To adhere to kitchen SOPs.

· Report on time, in proper uniform and grooming standard.

· Maintain good personal hygiene as well as high work and safety standards in the workplace.

· Assist in dishwashing duties as and when required.

· Execute any other duties as assigned.

As a Producer, you'll be part of a dynamic team dedicated to crafting unforgettable moments. We believe in the power of exceptional experiences to connect people and brands on a profound level. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and transform it into innovative event concepts. Design and execute event strategies that engage, captivate, and leave a lasting impression. Coordinate seamlessly with various teams, including brand strategists, designer, and production experts, to ensure flawless event execution. Key Accountabilities:

Client Management

• Participate in the development of solutions that leverage existing offerings and are mutually beneficial for the client and the agency
• Guide the development, crafting and presentation of proposals, scopes of work, schedules and staffing plans as they relate to solutions
• Build and maintain effective client relationships, ensuring that all client’s needs are understood and address it in a timely way
• Ensure clear communication to the client for the assigned program regarding roles and responsibilities, scope, budget, schedules and program status/ action items

Team Management

• Working with the Director, manage the program process from creative through execution using The Moment Collective processes and tools.
• Ensure regular team meetings and manage communications between team members, ensuring all deadlines are met. Effective communication across the team on site and off site
• Oversee team members on execution of all individual job details and responsibilities
• Manage resources; identify, negotiate and book external resources as needed

Budget Management

• Working with the Director, create project budgets forecast and manage the revenue and cost throughout the process
• Ensure appropriate revenue detail to be communicated to the client
• Manage third party costs and negotiation
• Develop and actively manage vendor

Creative Management

• Participate in creative brainstorms to generate ideas for clients
• Continually look for innovative solutions and production methods
• Incorporate cutting-edge ideas into our events

The person we are looking for:

• You are absolutely passionate creating moments and setting benchmarks for events and marketing
• Excellent time management skills and have a sense of urgency; proven ability to work on multiple projects at any given time, while driving those around them
• Ability to think on your feet and be part of the solution
• Be as brilliant at working alone (self-motivated) as you are as part of a team (the motivator)
• You remain calm and collected under pressure
• You are an excellent and effective communicator
• You have a good knowledge on technical and logistical aspects of events production
• You have a wide knowledge of the marketing industry and keep up-to-date with the event/ creative/media industry
• You have at least 3 years’ events experience working on both physical and digital events
