JOB SCOPE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee construction planning, scheduling and tracking of projects/deliverables
• Obtain inputs from project team members, contractors, suppliers and client to support the development of a baseline schedule, and subsequently update schedule progress and forecasting
• Maintain project baseline schedule, timely updating of project schedule, and analyze effects of any proposed changes/additional activities on the project
• Develop and maintain Resource Loaded Schedule and Progress Measurement System based on Construction Bill of Quantities, and Critical Path Method Schedule
• Prepare and maintain S-curves, manpower histogram and commodity curves for reporting
• Produce project progress reports and narratives on project status including the production of graphs, critical paths, risks tables, etc
• Tracking and managing schedule interface
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports based on site reporting matrix.
• Highlight potential delays and work with project team members and stakeholders to mitigate delay risks, including proposing recovery strategy and draft recovery schedule when required
• Coordinate with QS, Procurement and Project teams on progress claims
• Any other duties as assigned from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Degree in Building Construction Management / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry preferably in water treatment projects. Candidate with more experience will be considered for a senior role
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 is mandatory
• Experience in planning and management of complex construction projects
• Good understanding of procurement, engineering and construction sequence

1. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products.

2. Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and advertising.

3. Create, design, and manage artwork and content for the company’s websites and social media platforms.

4. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.

5. Collaborate with cross-function teams, including sales, designer, and product managers.

6. Manage and track budgets for marketing initiatives.

7. Prepare and present reports on marketing performance and effectiveness to management.

8. Assist in the development of promotional materials.

9. Coordinate with external agencies and contractors to execute marketing or endcap/showroom renovation projects.

10. Work closely with product managers to understand product features and selling points for effective marketing communication.

l Strong experience in Chinese cuisine including all varieties of noodles and rice

l Profound knowledge of different kinds of beverages

l Deep knowledge of every aspect of Chinese dishes and pastry

l Proficient with Chinese specialty equipment

l Ability to manage numerous tasks, assign responsibilities and display high patience

-Examines procedures and recommends changes to save time, labor, and other costs and to improve quality control and operating efficiency.

-Verifies completeness and accuracy of direct reports’ work, computations, and records.
