Job description:

· Perform nursing assessment including fall risk assessment of clients during admission to the Centre

· Participate in multidisciplinary case discussion with other care team members

· Conduct education and training sessions for caregivers of the Clients

· Conduct in service training sessions for staff and volunteers of the Centre

· Oversee client’s medical and nursing needs and maintains documentation of the client’s progress and outcomes of care provision

Qualification:

· Nitec in Nursing

· Enrolled with Singapore Nursing Board

· Has experience working with the elderly and/or person with dementia

· 3 years in clinical care preferred

· Passionate in serving the elderly and vulnerable

· Good public relations and communication skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Office – MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook

· Meticulous and has strong organisational skills

· Team player with strong interpersonal skill

· Proficient in languages (English, Chinese / major dialects) is an advantage

Work location: Woodlands

Working hours: 5 days

(4 days on 3 days off / 3 days on 4 days off) - alternating every 2 weeks

Job Responsibilities:

• Follow on site daily Preventive Maintenance plan.
• New & old parts arrangement & logistic (maintenance room, store to tool side).
• Preparation & housekeeping of PM jigs & tools.
• Perform robot PM: parts cleaning & greasing, replacement of sensors, motors, motor drivers etc.
• Installation of vacuum valves, fore line pipes, heater jackets.
• Support tool owner engineer to do technical activities in fab: trouble shoot, modification, installation, de-installation.
• Support 6S & logistic activities (parts cleaning, arrangement, labelling, housekeeping.

Job Requirements:

• Min. NITEC or Diploma in any Engineering field or equivalent certification
• Willing to do hands-on work and comfortable to be in cleanroom suit
• Work experience in semiconductor industry will be highly advantageous
• Able to work on weekends
