Responsibilities:

• Lead and direct a dynamic team of technicians, ensuring the flawless execution of vehicle service and repair for commercial vehicles, delivering unparalleled quality, efficiency, and productivity to exceed customer expectations.
• Guarantee that all repair work meets the highest standards, eliminating any risk of rework.
• Utilize advanced electronic diagnostic tools to expertly troubleshoot technical issues, pinpoint defects, and determine precise repair actions and parts requirements.
• Provide clear and timely updates on repair progress to the supervisor.
• Conduct post-repair test drives when necessary to ensure optimal performance.
• Oversee and manage the utilization of spare parts for contract vehicles, ensuring accuracy and cost-effectiveness.
• Uphold stringent safety protocols and housekeeping standards throughout all work processes.
• Collaborate with Customer Service teams to offer accurate repair quotations, while readily assisting with additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a Class 3 & Class 4 driving license would be highly preferred
• At least NITEC (Automotive Engineering) or relevant certification
• Proficiencies in MS Office Skills
• At least 1 to 2 years of automotive repair experiences
• Able to handle commercial vehicles up to that of Prime Movers (HDT)
• Good technical knowledge – use of diagnostic tools, warranty administration with SOP and documentation, technical investigation and report writing
• Ability to understand electrical drawings
• Results oriented, team player, attention to detail, able to work in a fast paced environment
