• Handling and Managing Customer accounts + Planning Delivery Scheduling.
• Replying to customers’ inquiries.
• Daily monitoring of shipment schedule to customers.
• Follow up on the production following up on shipment status to customer.
• Liaising with various departments on the delivery plan, i.e. Purchasing, Production, Quality, and logistics.
• Working with purchasing on customer forecast demand.
• To handle ECO / ECN and facilitate the changes.
• Handling RMAs queries
• Costing & RFQs to customers.

Experience, Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Diploma or Degree in Business / Marketing / Engineering, Supply Chain, or other relevant degrees.
• Good Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
• At least 2-5 years of related experience in a Customer Service related field.
• Meticulous in managing customers’ pricing/quotations so as to achieve maximum business profits for the company
• Ability to think out-of-the-box and address customers’ queries with win-win solutions between internal and external departments.
• Effectively manage multiple priorities under extremely tight deadlines

Responsibilities:

• CAD Modeling: Work with detailed 3D models and assemblies using industry-standard CAD software to design robotic components and systems.
• Mechanical Design: Collaborate with senior engineers to develop mechanical designs that meet project requirements, including structural integrity, functionality, and manufacturability.
• Prototyping: Assist in the prototyping and testing of mechanical components and systems to evaluate their performance and make necessary improvements.
• Documentation: Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications, drawings, and reports, to communicate design concepts and results effectively.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including colleagues on other engineering teams, project managers, and the production team to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems within robotic platforms.
• Problem Solving: Identify and troubleshoot mechanical design issues, providing creative and practical solutions to engineering challenges.

Requirements:

• Polytechnic/University undergraduates currently pursuing diploma/degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Strong interest in robotics and automation technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills in English (both oral and written)
• Proficiency in CAD software, such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD
• Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and fundamentals.
• Eagerness to learn and apply new engineering concepts and technologies.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Preferred: Knowledge of materials science and manufacturing processes.
• Preferred: Experience with 3D printing and rapid prototyping.

Responsibilities:

• Assembly of Robots
• Configuration & testing of devices and sensors used in Robotics applications
• Support on Application Test Program and Hardware Development before release
• Run R&D tests and Factory Acceptance Tests for products
• For relevant components serial numbers registration
• Basic troubleshooting for robots in production floor area
• Documentation on SOPs, test procedure
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
