About the Solutions Team
The Kydon Solutions team is the learning consultancy arm of the business and is responsible for the design, development, and implementation of organizational and institutional learning solutions. These solutions include the technologies, processes, methodologies, competencies, curriculum, analytics, and supporting services needed to address organizational objectives and issues pertaining to learning and performance.
As part of the solutions team, you will be expected to understand the education and training industry and network with relevant industry players. To be successful in solutions design, you will need to have familiarity with trends and issues pertaining to learning and development (L&D) and workplace transformation, as well as existing and emerging SaaS-based technologies (e.g. Learning Management Systems, Learning Experience Systems).
As a consultant in workforce transformation, you will need to be conversant with one or more of the following areas: business process reengineering, learning technologies, and change management.
About the Role of Workplace Learning Consultancy, Manager
As a member of the Solutions team, the Workplace Learning Consultancy Manager helps to deliver evidence-based learning solutions and services with high business impact. They help to advise our organizational customers, collaborating with them at a working level to design holistic solutions to organisational pain points.
This role reports to the Director of Learning Systems and works closely with Sales, Product, and Technology, to ensure the smooth development and implementation of technical solutions by providing complementary consultancy services.
Key Responsibilities
· Drafting solution proposals: Support the preparation of tender proposals by analysing requirements, evaluating compliance, identifying appropriate design and user engagement approaches, and putting together the propos
· Delivering solution design: Support the design of workforce learning solutions and services by helping to carry out client stakeholder engagement, business analysis and business process reengineering
· Solution delivery: Work closely with Product, Technology, and other teams to ensure solutions specifications are correctly defined and developed to customer’s satisfaction, with appropriate hand-off for change management
· Change management: Ensure sustainable workplace transformation and support the smooth rollout of technical solutions by driving change management and user training
· Stakeholder management: Build strong working level relationships with stakeholders from client organisations to ensure strong collaboration and create opportunities for up-sell / cross-sell of solutions and services
Qualifications and Skills
· Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience, with at least 4 years in any combination of consulting, business analysis, and/or project management
· Demonstrable experience in delivery of technical solutions and/or services relating to workplace learning and organisational development
· Demonstrable experience designing, optimizing, and reengineering business processes for own or client organisation
· Entrepreneurial or start-up background
· Experience working on projects that require security clearance
· Is a problem solver: You are able to creatively find ways to solve problems despite constraints wherever possible; when appropriate, you know how to escalate issues to get necessary support.
· Outstanding communicator: You are able to drive alignment across all stakeholders through a combination of your structured thinking, language skills, and a general ability to influence others. You are professional and authentic.
