Assist Manager in assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care and service delivery. To maintain accurate records of care, participate in orientation and in-service education programs and supervise other staff as required.

Clinical Care

• Work under supervision of Manager to analyse, plan, implement and evaluate nursing. care for residents. Coordinate and implement care plans for the residents.
• Pack and serve medication and update residents/clients medical records.
• Conduct rounds to ensure residents are well and safe and report any abnormality for immediate/timely treatment and follow up with supervisor.
• Carry out changes made during medical consultations and update progress notes.
• Identify problems related to illness and decline in functional, cognitive abilities and advocate early medical attention.

About the Program

Being part of our Graduate Internship program means you will gain first-hand experience and insights to a career in markets. The Graduate Internship will start around February 2025 and run for nine weeks in our Singapore office. You will be provided with an orientation, followed by on-going training on the desk.
