We’re Looking for:

The Assistant’s job is a dynamic role with a multitude of responsibilities, including:

• Ensure timely, accurate processing and reporting of the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable situation to the Accountant.
• Weekly Bank Reconciliation

Responsibilities:

• Partner with field engineering teams to analyse data from plasma etching systems and provide timely, meaningful and accurate analysis results to support data-driven improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Microelectronics, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, including manufacturing equipment, fabrication facilities, semiconductor components, or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience as a Data Scientist within the semiconductor industry, with specific expertise in plasma dry etch processes.
• Expertise in developing and deploying algorithms for process optimization and problem-solving.
• Strong understanding of data analytics, statistical methodologies, machine learning techniques, and predictive modeling.

Job Description

As a Compliance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that the organization complies with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (CFT) regulations. Your expertise will support the institution’s efforts to detect and prevent financial crimes and uphold the organization's integrity.

• Customer Due Diligence (CDD) / Know Your Employee (KYE) : Oversee and perform CDD/EDD/KYE reviews, ensuring that all customer information is accurate, complete and compliant with the bank’s internal policies and procedures
• Document Review: Collaborating with front and back offices on FATCA/CRS and AML/KYC documentary requirements
• Advisory Support: Handle escalations from the first line of defence on financial crime compliance matters
