• Assist the Sous Chef in overseeing food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Follow recipes and instructions accurately to ensure consistency in taste and presentation
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
• Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including washing, peeling, chopping, and cutting
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain stock levels
• Participate in daily kitchen briefings and contribute ideas for improving recipes and processes
• Support the kitchen team in any additional tasks as required

Qualities:

Job Purpose:

You shall be working closely with various stakeholders to provide assessment, intervention, consultation and training services to address clients’ learning/emotional/behavioural needs and difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist and assess clients behaviour and needs via observation, interviews and informal tests.
• Assist, administer and monitor appropriate treatment strategies and therapy modalities, with support from Psychologist or Senior Psychologist.
• Assist, plan and deliver individual or group interventions in collaboration with Psychologist or Senior Psychologist.
• Work with other allied health professionals and direct service staff to provide multi-disciplinary support to the clients so as to maximize their capabilities.
• Work with direct service staff (teachers), caregivers and families to implement intervention strategies and programmes, and to provide consultations to them, as necessary.
• Maintain updated client records of interventions and reports.
• Assist and conduct relevant discipline-related training to direct care staff, care givers and families, and volunteers.
• Participate and contribute in APSN-CYS initiated special projects such as public education, conferences, applied research, deputyship applications, etc.
• On-site structured job training will be provided by Psychologist or Senior Psychologist

Technical Competencies/ Preferred achievements / characteristics:

• Strong academic background and Degree in Psychology from a recognised University in Singapore
• Has strong inclination to pursue master programme in applied psychology in near future

Principal Responsibilities

Key duties and tasks will include, but will not be restricted or limited to:

• Lead annual Budget and periodic forecasting process
• Lead and standardise flash reporting, financial reporting and Board presentation
• Implement and drive performance management processes (lead indicators / KPI’s) across the region
• Recommend initiatives (sales growth, improvements and reallocations) through commercial understanding, financial and non-financial information with local and external knowledge to maximize the regional operating performance.
• Review prospects for future growth of income and new product areas.
• Actively participate in the development of financial goals, plans, strategies and cost reduction initiatives.
• Support growth of business through acquisitions by assisting with reviews of the financial reports and forecast of target entities, assisting with roll-out of group systems and processes following acquisition
• Assist in preparation of regional presentations to customers – internal and external
• Manage detailed customer, product & contract costing and profitability.
• Communicate management information on a timely basis through ongoing reporting, monitoring and analysis of the historical and projected financial results.
• Communicate the financial results to the managers, supervisors and employees in a manner that focuses business financial improvement.
• Provide measurement and feedback on adherence to targeted financial and non-financial objectives.
• Support and share knowledge with the regional team and in-country Business and Finance teams who you will work alongside and provide ad hoc assistance, as required
• Identify areas of opportunity and provide supporting ad hoc analysis of various operating functions and processes as required.
• Utilize Power BI for dashboard and reporting design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, and/or a related field.
• Fully qualified accountant preferred
• Audit experience, preferably large 4 preferred
• Experience of working in a multi-site, multi-national environment preferred.
• Natural leader with the ability to drive solutions, including efficiency and cost control within a complex business.
• Proficiency with integrated business software (ERP) and Power BI preferred
• Take charge individual with lots of energy and clear sense of urgency.
• Confident in influencing business managers
