• Position: Dental Assistant (1 position available)
• Contract Duration: 3 months (convertible to permanent)
• Salary: $2,200/month (no experience required) , Experience up $2,700/month
• Post-Conversion Salary: Possible increase of $0 to $200, plus a clinic incentive of approximately 10% of basic salary.

Working Hours:

• Monday: 12:00 PM - 9:45 PM
• Tuesday: 8:30 AM - 6:15 PM
• Wednesday: 8:30 AM - 6:15 PM
• Thursday: OFF
• Friday: 12:00 PM - 9:45 PM
• Saturday: OFF
• Sunday: 8:30 AM - 5:15 PM

Job Scope for Dental Assistant:

• Assist the dentist during treatments and procedures.
• Sterilize and prepare dental instruments and equipment.
• Take and develop X-rays (if required).
• Prepare patients and provide post-treatment care instructions.
• Manage patient appointments and maintain records.
• Ensure clinic cleanliness and stock dental supplies.
• Follow safety and infection control protocols.

Requirements:

• No prior experience is required.

Looking for a suitable Clinic Intern for immediate assignment till 30 June 2025 in Town. 5.5 days week.

Scope of work include day to day activities of the clinic which includes:
• Assist Doctor during patient consultation and patient flow while consulting
• Assist Doctor in minor examination procedures in room
• Answering all enquiries , schedule patient’s appointment
• Data entry of patient information
• Dispensing and explaining medication to patient
• Filing and tracing of patients’ records
• Issue invoices and receipts
• Educate patients on health related problems
• Counselling pre/post Op patient
• Educate patient on Integrated Shield plan medi-claims
• Liaise with various insurance company and make payment arrangement
• Admission and operation arrangements
• Stock management of surgical supplies
General Duties :-
• Assist the Director of Operations in all duties that are assigned by her.
• General Office duties.
