Inventory Management:

Top/Flop Scheduling:

• Plan and execute Top/Flop evaluations three times a year, focusing on key periods such as product implantation, peak seasons, and end-of-year cycles.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to optimize product assortment and inventory levels during these critical phases.

Stock Health Management:

• Implement and maintain practices that promote the health of stock, minimizing obsolescence and ensuring the efficient turnover of goods.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to manage and resolve stock-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
