The Housekeeping Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the Housekeeping department in all administrative matters.

Main Responsibilities

• Handles all administrative matters within the department and other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Assistant/Director of Cabin Crew
• Utilizing the relevant housekeeping assigned technology and tools, responsible for taking calls from hotel guests and/or other departments and ensuring that their requests are handled as soon as possible by dispatching job orders to the respective crew members
• Ensures that the Housekeeping office is well maintained and neat at all times.

Knowledge, experience, skills required

• Minimum one year administrative experience preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Working experience in the housekeeping function within the hotel is advantageous.
• Ability to read and speak English fluently. Second or multiple languages are a plus.

Customer Support

• Lead and inspire the customer support team to deliver best-in-class post-sales support.

Administrative Support

• Assist the director in various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee Singapore entity GST submission, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Manage corporate income tax returns in a timely and accurate manner.

Financial Oversight

• Work closely with the accounting team to manage financial transactions and reporting.
• Coordinate banking activities and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions.
• Ensure timely and successful completion of internal and external audits.
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard financial processes.

Logistics and Sales Operational Support

• Collaborate with global logistics teams to optimize supply chain operations for APAC.
• Support Director in forecasting in a timely fashion to support strategic planning. 
• Manage the overall Singapore entity GST submission, Corporate Income Tax returns as well as internal and external audits in a timely fashion.
• Relationship building with corporate bank and support commercial director in relevant banking activities and proper documentations as and when required.
• Arrange banking and boardroom documents sign off as well as keep record of all the correspondence and documentation pertaining to the Singapore corporate entity.
• Build policies on distributors and customers credit limits and payment terms in compliance with company policies.
• Oversee monthly accounts closing and financial reporting, invoice payments to internal and external parties as well as accrual postings.

Job Purpose

As a Quoting Associate, you will be responsible for completing quotation requests in a professional, accurate and timely manner to our customers.

 Key Responsibilities

• Identify products requested by customers in LGC Standards catalogue by having an in depth of product specifications.
• Prepare all quotes for products in LGC Standards catalogue
• Input quotations in database: including Customer Profile, pricing, availability, minimum order quantities, payment terms, and shipping requirements
• Prepare and manage timelines of assigned quotation requests
• Follow up with quote requests
• Collaborate with marketing to support the executions for promotions and campaigns.
