• Liaise with outsourced IT & Infra Helpdesk/Security Monitoring vendor to ensure consistent service levels, according to set IT policies and procedures, to internal users for all office locations of the Group.

• Competent in MS Office productivity tools. Able to write macro scripts for Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

Activation Management

• Respond within four (4) hours notice to a disaster area to act as Response Director, managing relief operations on the ground, or in rare cases, remotely.
