Position: Clinic Assistant
Contract Type: 3 mths Contract to Perm / Perm Clinic

Location: Orchard

Working Hours: 830-5pm (Mon-Fri); 830-12pm (Sat)

99% of the time, Thurs only AM need to work.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide receptionist duties at the front counter.
• Ensure accuracy in clinical data entry into the computer system.
• Apply basic patient care.
• Maintain filing systems and coordinate appointments.
• Liaise with insurance companies and handle payment arrangements.
• Perform any other tasks as directed by the Clinic Manager or Doctor.

Requirement:

• Min N / O Level
• Able to commit at least 3 months to long term
