We are looking for an Assistant Stewarding Manager to oversee our Stewarding operations, ensuring smooth and effective support across all F&B outlets, kitchens, banquet areas, and Royal club lounge.

Your primary role which includes (but not limited to):

• Ensure all buffet operating equipment at supervise and manage both in-house and outsourced stewarding teams.
• Ensure proper inventory management, expense control, and breakage prevention.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all back-of-house areas.
• Provide a conducive and engaging work environment, focusing on staff welfare and development.
• Oversee and coordinate equipment maintenance, waste management, and pest control measures.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards, including ISO 22000 requirements.
• Work closely with contractors for installations, repairs, and maintenance.
• Actively participate in safety and food safety committees.

• Source competitive quotes and maintain group insurance coverage (Term Life/Accidental/Health/Travel/Motor/Workmen Comp)
• Other adhoc duties as assigned
