• Develop and formalize processes, communication and documentation required to accomplish analytical and reporting activities. Create, maintain and update policies, procedures, and documentation covering all processes and models developed.

Treasury and Cash Management

• Develop, review and update treasury policies in collaboration with management and investment advisory committee.
• Assist in managing administration of the investment portfolio including maintaining investment accounts and executing the approved investment plan.
• Develop and maintain a financial model for managing working capital cash flows and utilize this model to maximize funds available for investment.
• Review and monitor cash position and funding forecast, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions.
• Manage loan drawdowns to support Campus Upgrade Project and ensure timely settlement of financial transactions. Monitor compliance of covenants of loan agreement.

Job Requirements:

• Min. Degree or Masters in finance/ accounting or any relevant field
• Min. 3-5 years relevant experience
• Audit experience is an added advantage
• Familar with SAP S4 Hana preferred

Responsibilities:

• Managing day-to-day operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and ensuring the store is well-stocked and visually appealing to customers
• To maintain the general cleanliness of the store
• Cashier duties which include and are not limited to processing payments, exchanges, and returns
• Co-ordinate with in-house driver and operations team to replenish stocks and transfers from the main warehouse
• Weekly stock-take to ensure inventory accuracy
• Ensuring excellent customer service standards are maintained, resolving customer complaints, and handling escalated issues promptly and professionally

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the fashion industry or a related field/skill is preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effectively communicating with customers and staff
• Adaptable, flexible, and able to thrive in a constantly evolving environment
• Experience in the fast fashion industry and e-commerce/similar is preferred
• The ability to work independently, handle pressure, and effectively manage challenging situations are valuable qualities
