In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with our sales teams in providing technical and functional expertise for our suite of payment and risk management solutions, responsible for implementation and integration of new strategic clients, supporting client migration plans, delivering new solution offerings, and working with internal and external stakeholders to provide an optimal integration and project delivery experience with the Cybersource and Visa platforms by demonstrating to our clients how our solutions can be integrated into their existing infrastructure and business processes while addressing any technical concerns.

You will be required to work closely with regional sales teams, internal operations teams, and product teams to ensure success. The success of this role will be measured on growth of revenue and successfully integrated Card Present Processing, Card Not Present Processing and Integrated Commerce clients. Candidates should have demonstrated skills in: project management, and presentation/training in complex IT environments. The candidate should be familiar with SaaS solutions related to bankcard/acquiring, payment gateway, payment security, and fraud prevention. The right candidate will have a passion for Technical Selling, Solution Consultancy, project management excellence, customer advocacy, and will see this role as contributing to the strategic evolution of our business.

Furthermore, you will be at the forefront of Digital payment Systems of the Asia Pacific Markets, Working with Digital Market leaders that shape the landscape of payments. Not only will you be working with Acquiring Banks but also large scale Payment Technology Providers, merchants ,Payment Service Providers, Digital payment providers and market leaders.

Job Description:

• Carry out security governance and compliance checks and enforcement
• Communicate agencies and Government's policies and directives as required
• Conduct preliminary gap analysis on emerging policies such as IM8 new requirements and provide advice/assistance to project teams
• Perform incident reporting, incident investigating, and closure with all internal and external parties.
• Track and monitor incidents and work with project teams to ensure closure and timely reporting
• Facilitate and track closure of VDP, VA and PT reported findings
• Perform verification of scorecard submission and carry out reporting
• Facilitate GOI/GSTI information dissemination, and perform tracking and reporting to GIROC/GITSIR on required polls
• Assist project teams to identify ICT security risks and implement security measures and to meet compliance with MCCY and IM8 security policies
• Assist in the dissemination of IT Advisory or security eDMs
• Perform analysis of phishing recalcitrant and conduct training/briefing when required
• Perform security briefings, DLP assessments to detect anomalies and to report to CIO/CDO, when required.
