We are looking for a Part-time Receptionist / AAdministrator who is excited to work in a dynamic, positive and highly motivated team!

Location : 545 Orchard road Singapore 238882, Far East Shopping Centre #16-10

Work schedule

• Monday - Friday : 9:30am - 1:30pm / 3:30pm - 7:30pm
• Saturday 9:30am - 5:00pm
• Sunday 9:30am - 5:00pm

(Work hours could be flexible.)

Payment : $12 per hr

Job scope:

• Manage school’s portal site as well as related CRM duties.
• Communicate with parents/students/potential students through calls, WhatsApp and email.
• Receive and welcome parents and students.
• Introduce and promote our school classes to parents.
• Onboard new students and collection of tuition fees.
• Open and close the school, and ensure the premises are secure.
• Perform cleaning duties, maintaining a clean and tidy environment.
• Any ad hoc basis as assigned by superior.

Requirement:

• Service minded with very strong communication skills.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Strong computing knowledge and proficiency in Google drive.
• Detail-oriented & meticulous
• Must love children and be comfortable working around them.
