· Responsible for direct sale of vacuum pumps, systems, parts and services in Singapore. Be accountable for both individual and Company’s sales target to be determined by the General Manager.
• Lead the sales team into breaking new grounds and penetrate the key market segments as in; Food process, Hospital, Petrochemical, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Electronics, Semiconductor etc.
• Undertake the leadership role among sales staffs towards developing new and key accounts and strive towards achieving the respective Key Process Indicators (KPI), sales goals and objectives.
• Assist the Sales Manager and be responsible for the training and development of inside and outside sales staffs. This includes relevant product and sales training.
• Responsible for briefing the sales team to engage the customers on a day-to-day basis to initiate, respond and coordinate inquiries and selling activities.
• Assist the Sales Manager in quarterly pump forecasting and meeting monthly and yearly “Sales turnover” target for Singapore region.
• Assist the General Manager in compiling sales data and information; track and report selling effort; For example, the weekly and monthly sales reports.
