This position provides critical support to the Total Rewards team to ensure smooth processing and administering of Ralph Lauren’s Total Rewards programs & initiatives in Singapore & Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in administering compensation and benefits programs for Singapore and Malaysia
• Handle payroll processes for Singapore and Malaysia, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local regulations
• Work with payroll vendor, regional and business partners to process monthly payroll, statutory claims, pension administration, foreign employee tax clearance and annual tax filing
• Responsible for sales commission calculations and incentive consolidation for eligible employees

The Videographer+photographer responsible for the deliverables and collaterals for content creation and production across various customers channels, such as websites, social media platforms. The team is expanding and we are looking for a strategic, adaptive, and results-oriented Editor/Videographer! You are required to possess an exceptional level of both technical and creative abilities to be able to effectively create the vision creatives. As an Photographer+/Videographer

• Lead creative composition of moving visuals and motion graphics to tell a story as required with minimal supervision
• Create original video content
• Adapt and localise international content for various platforms with assets for social platforms being a key requirement
• Must be able to edit without storyboards or provide your own interpretation of an offline edit
• Deliver projects to a high standard within specified time frames
• Export, compress, and reformat video files
• Stay up to date with current moving image trends
• Contribute to creative solutions within the post-production unit
• Able to work independently and also be a team player.
• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos that align with the company's brand and client expectations.
• Incorporate music, graphics, and other elements to enhance the overall visual appeal of the videos.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years’ of relevant experience preferred.
• Understanding of Digital marketing
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Cloud (PremierePro, AfterEffects, Photoshop etc)
• Good communication and project management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & meet tight deadlines
