A bit about the team & what’s happening:
On the design side, there’s one Creative Director and a group of diverse, slightly quirky, but brilliantly talented designers. You’ll work closely with our CD on high-level work while collaborating with other designers & developers on day-to-day projects.
Design is core to our DNA (along with the other usual chromosomes). Our standards? Ridiculously high. We’re passionate about creating beautiful, functional, and meaningful experiences—and hope you share that same drive.
What to expect:
You’ll wear many hats (like Batman). Think of yourself as a creative chameleon, toggling between graphic design, motion design, strategic thinking... who knows what else. The point is we don’t put people in pigeonholes – which means everyone's always learning & growing, & that makes things more interesting, doesn't it? Well, we think so.
"Design" here isn’t just about pretty visuals or slick edits. It’s the whole spectrum: user research, design-thinking, prototyping and in your case, the motion that brings it all to life.
What we’re looking for:
· Strong expertise in design, video and motion graphics, from concept to execution (think After Effects wizardry)
· Proven ability to deliver high-quality solutions and work on time
· Comfort presenting creative concepts to clients
· A solid graphic design foundation
· Conceptual thinking that goes beyond the obvious
· An eagerness to learn and stay ahead of the curve in design trends and motion techniques.
· Experience with Figma, After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere Pro & 3D program of choice (Blender / Cinema 4D etc.)
· Ability to own and manage projects with support from the Creative Director
· Knowledge of branding design and the entire UX process (personas, user flows, prototyping)
