About the Role

This hybrid role will report to the Head of IT and Strategy. The IT Department is key enable for the Company to perform our time sensitive work, as well as the powerhouse behind all digitalisation projects. As a hybrid role, the successful candidate will not only be the key person to ensure robust IT and Systems infrastructure for the Company, but also have the opportunity to be a part of the Company’s stride into IT software and ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for Company’s computer hardware, software, collaborative tools, systems, networks, printers requirements. This includes installation, monitoring and maintenance the systems and networks.

Responding to service issues and requests in a timely manner for all the Company’s offices geographically, including technical support.

Setting up of new user accounts, as well as maintaining existing user accounts.

Assist IT team with ERP projects, such as enhancement, debugging, UAT or maintenance.

Liaise with Developers on new SaaS and web application projects.

Assist IT head to manage and deliver project milestones and deliverables.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent

Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant role

Experience in troubleshooting operating systems and cloud-based solutions

Knowledge in Microsoft Office 365 administration

Knowledge in other IT infrastructure components like server, Windows Server, etc

Previous experience in IT application implementation projects is an advantage

Coding proficiency in Python, SQL, or similar is an advantage

Maritime domain knowledge is an advantage

• Maintain visually appealing product displays and ensure that the FootJoy Premium Performance Apparel sections of the store are well-organized and stocked.
• Conduct product demonstrations and workshops to educate customers on the benefits and features of FootJoy Premium Apparel products.
• Monitor product inventory levels, place replenishment orders as needed, and ensure accurate tracking of stock.
• Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events, product launches, and marketing campaigns to boost sales and brand awareness.
• Gather feedback from customers and provide insights to management on customer preferences, product trends, and potential improvements.
• Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive and cohesive work environment.
• Maintain display stands cleanliness, products and POP pricing.
• Report on competitors’ Monthly Sales and Promotion events.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Passion for golf and a deep knowledge of Premium Performance Apparel products.
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• A professional and well-groomed appearance.
