Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience as Head of Operations or equivalent position in a fast moving company
• Posses strong knowledge of beauty and F&B industry 's legal rules and guidelines
• In depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles (beauty lifestyle especially salon, logistics, supply chain, customer service, etc)
• Working knowledge of data analysis and performance / operation metrics

The Job:

• Provide generalist HR support across the department including recruitment, onboarding, Jurong island pass applications.
• Taking lunch orders daily for the employees.
• Recording in-out mails
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR data.
• Support the HR team in managing day-to-day HR operations and addressing inquiries from employees
